Smart Messaging Tailored - Notice of Planned Service Maintenance: Failback, scheduled 5 years ago

Hello,

We are writing to inform you we will be performing maintenance work (failback) on Smart Messaging Tailored.

We expect the maintenance activity will result in a maximum downtime of 45 minutes. See the summary below for further details.

Description: We are performing a failover test on our HADR infrastructure. On this second stage we will switch back to the normal configuration to complete the failover test that is starting on 22/11/2019. This should not cause any issue and all services will be working normally after this failback (apart from the 45 minutes downtime highlighted above).

Maintenance end time: 25/11/2019 - 05:00 am UTC

Impact: All services. While MO SMS will be queued by the operator, MT SMS will not be processed and will result in failure during downtime.

Smart Messaging Tailored - Notice of Planned Service Maintenance: Failover, scheduled 5 years ago

Hello,

We are writing to inform you we will be performing a failover maintenance work on Smart Messaging Tailored.

We expect the maintenance activity will result in a maximum downtime of 30 minutes. See the summary below for further details.

Description: Release of new Software version with patches and enhancements.

Maintenance start time: 22-11-2019- 00:00 am UTC
Maintenance end time: 22/11/2019 - 05:00 am UTC

Impact: All services. While inbound SMS (Mobile Originating) will be queued by the operator, outbound SMS (Mobile Terminating) will not be processed and will result in failure during downtime.

Description: we are performing a failover test on our HADR infrastructure. On this first stage our primary site will be switched to secondary and our DR site will be acting as primary. This should not cause any issue and all services will be working normally while the failover test is running (apart from the 30 minutes downtime highlighted above). We will leave the system running on disaster recovery (DR) site for about 3 days. Once the failover test is complete, we will switch back to the previous configuration, this being the failback maintenance notification coming out shortly.
