We are writing to inform you we will be performing maintenance work (failback) on Smart Messaging Tailored.
We expect the maintenance activity will result in a maximum downtime of 45 minutes. See the summary below for further details.
Description: We are performing a failover test on our HADR infrastructure. On this second stage we will switch back to the normal configuration to complete the failover test that is starting on 22/11/2019. This should not cause any issue and all services will be working normally after this failback (apart from the 45 minutes downtime highlighted above).
Maintenance start time: 25/11/2019 - 00:00 am UTC
Maintenance end time: 25/11/2019 - 05:00 am UTC
Impact: All services. While MO SMS will be queued by the operator, MT SMS will not be processed and will result in failure during downtime.
