We are writing to inform you that our fax provider will be performing a planned maintenance on their systems.
Date and Time: Sunday, May 1, 2022 from 3 AM - 4 AM EDT, 8 AM - 9 AM GMT
Purpose: Routine Maintenance by our AWS hosting provider
What to Expect: This will require a brief, 10-minute downtime within the maintenance window. During that 10-minute downtime:
• Outbound faxes and PCI services will not be available
• Faxes sent by email will be received as usual but will only be processed after the 10-minute downtime ends
• Faxes already received in the system will be processed after the 10-minute downtime ends
• Inbound faxes may be delayed in queues
• User web portals will not be available
• API endpoints will not be available
• Faxes sent from US, Australia, and Canada may experience a 10-minute delay
