Smart Messaging Tailored - Scheduled Maintenance, scheduled 6 years ago

Hello,

We're writing to let you know that we have scheduled maintenance planned between 1:00 am and 5:00 am (UTC) on 04/03/2019.

We expect the maintenance activity will have little, if any, impact, but may result in a maximum downtime of 10 minutes. See the summary below for further details.

Date: 04/03/2019

Time: 1:00 am (UTC)

Impacted Services: All services during the downtime. While inbound SMS (Mobile Originating) will be queued by the operator and delivered after the downtime, outbound SMS (Mobile Terminating) will not be processed during the downtime period and will result in failure.

Description: Release of new Software version with patches and enhancements.

Smart Messaging Tailored - Service Impacting Issue - RESOLVED

Hello,

We would like to inform that the queues have been cleared and the service is fully recovered.

Description: Some customers experienced delays on outgoing SMS (mobile terminated) since 9:30 am and the queues have been totally cleared at 4:15 pm.

The system performance has been reestablished. All queues have diminished but some are still clearing hence some clients might still be experiencing small delays.
