We are still experiencing issues on our platform.
Event description: Delays and queues on our email server, due to limitations put in place by recipient servers
Impacted Services: Password reset emails, delivery report emails, reply emails and reports for automated SFTP processes. All other emais such as 2FA codes, reports requested from the platform or emails sent via the Email product/API are processed correctly, with no impact
Our engineers are working with the recipients and Microsoft to restablish full service as soon as possible.
