Smart Messaging Tailored - Service Impacting Issue - RESOLVED

Hello,

We would like to inform that the queues have been cleared and the service is recovered.

Description: Some customers experienced delays on outgoing SMS (mobile terminated) since 8:30 am and the queues have been totally cleared at 4:40 pm. Clients will have experienced downtime of 5 minutes between 2:06 pm and 2:11 pm.
