We are currently experiencing issues on our HTTP API, as a result you may have noticed inability to receive delivery receipts and inbound messages on your configured URL.
Our engineers are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible and we will be in touch with an update very soon.

Impacted Services: Forwarding to URL of delivery receipts and inbound messages is not working in some cases. HTTP API for Mobile Terminated (outgoing messages) is working and not being affected by this issue.
