Smart Messaging Tailored - Service Impacting Issue - RESOLVED

Hello,

We would like to inform that the system has been restored and the service is fully recovered.

We are still performing some tests.

Downtime: Web platform was unavailable during approximately 11 minutes (from 13:02 to 13:13). APIs suffered a service degradation that led to high response times but there was no downtime.
