Smart Messaging Tailored - Service Impacting Issue - RESOLVED

Hello,

From 14:50 to 16:58 (UTC) the platform experienced an intermittent issue impacting some customers using HTTP API. Such customers would have received an error response to their requests indicating the request could not be processed. Service is now fully restored. Testing was completed and all maintenance work is finished.

We would like to inform that the system has been restored and the service is fully recovered.

Affection time: 2 hours and 8 minutes.

Impacted Services: Partial impact on HTTP API
