Event description: Intermittent Error 404 prompt when users are trying to login to the BT Messaging Suite portal.
Impacted Services: This issue only affects users who are not using the direct URL and instead are accessing the portal through a cached browser redirection link. The portal remains accessible when using the direct link: https://tailored.bt.com

The issue was downgraded to a minor level, and we can confirm that it will be fully resolved in the planned upgrade (PCR-7106) scheduled for 5 February 2026.
