We are currently experiencing issues on Smart Messaging Tailored platform.

Event description: Intermittent Error 404 prompt when users are trying to login to the BT Messaging Suite portal.

Impacted Services: Access to the web portal only affecting redirection. The portal remains accessible when using the direct link: https://tailored.bt.com/
