Please see update regarding platform issue:

Event description: DR and MO notifications via email are stuck in our system. They might come with delay or may not be delivered. 2FA, Connect API - EMAIL, Reset passwords, Email2SMS are still working.

Impacted Services: Email-to-sms only.
