Hello,

We are still experiencing issues on our platform.

Event description: Delay in processing emails

Impacted Services: Outgoing emails such as password reset, 2FA authentication codes, reports are arriving with delays

Our engineers are working to restablish full service as soon as possible. A fix is scheduled to be implemented over night which should improve the email performance.
