We are currently experiencing issues on Smart Messaging Tailored platform.
Event description: Unable to enter numbers in the destination tab using Internet Explorer browser.
Workaround: Use different browser, such as Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Firefox. Alternatively, the numbers can be saved as contacts which will allow to use the numbers from Internet Explorer.
Our engineers are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible and we will be in touch with an update very soon.
