Maintenance end time: 24/07/2025 - 05:00 am GMT

Impact: No Service Impact is expected. [IF EXPECTED, Insert affected services - we need to ensure we include in here the behaviour of the platform i.e. Incoming messages will continue to be delivered, outgoing messages will be queued etc and for how long i.e 30 minutes]

We are currently experiencing issues on Smart Messaging Tailored platform.

Event description: Possible delays in delivery reports and replies

Impacted Services: MO (mobile originated - replies) and DR (Delivery Reports)

We are currently monitoring the situation and will inform once the processing times have returned to normal levels.
