We're writing to let you know that we have scheduled maintenance planned between 1:00 am and 5:00 am (UTC) on 20/07/2018.
We expect the maintenance activity will have little, if any, impact, but may result in a maximum downtime of 30 minutes. See the summary below for further details.

Impacted Services: All services. While inbound SMS (Mobile Originating) will be queued by the operator, outbound SMS (Mobile Terminating) will not be processed and will result in failure during downtime.
Description: We are performing a failover test on our HADR infrastructure. On this first stage our primary site will be switched to secondary and our DR site will be acting as primary. This should not cause any issue and all services will be working normally while the failover test is running (apart from the 30 minutes downtime highlighted above). We will leave the system running on failover mode for about 3 days. Once the failover test is complete, we will switch back to the previous configuration, this being the fallback maintenance notification coming out shortly.
