Smart Messaging Tailored - Re-scheduled Maintenance Dec, 15th to Dec, 19th, scheduled 7 years ago

We're writing to let you know that we need to re-scheduled the maintenance planned for next Saturday Dec, 15th for Wednesday Dec, 19th.

We expect the maintenance activity will have little, if any, impact, but may result in a maximum outage of a 30 minutes. See the summary below for further details.

Time: 01:00 am (UTC)

Impacted Services: All services during the possible downtime. While inbound SMS (Mobile Originating) will be queued by the operator and delivered after the downtime, outbound SMS (Mobile Terminating) will not be processed during the downtime period and will result on failure.

Description: Security Infrastructure Upgrade.

Smart Messaging Tailored - Service Impacting Issue - RESOLVED

Hello,

We would like to inform that the issue affecting HTTP API has been fixed and the service is fully recovered.

We are still performing some tests.

Issue solved: 10/12/2018 12:10 p.m. (UTC)

Impacted Services: Forwarding to URL of delivery receipts and inbound messages was not working in some cases. HTTP API for Mobile Terminated (outgoing messages) was not affected by this issue.

Smart Messaging Tailored - Service Impacting Issue

Hello,

We are currently experiencing issues on our HTTP API, as a result you may have noticed inability to receive delivery receipts and inbound messages on your configured URL.

Our engineers are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible and we will be in touch with an update very soon.

Impacted Services: Forwarding to URL of delivery receipts and inbound messages is not working in some cases. HTTP API for Mobile Terminated (outgoing messages) is working and not being affected by this issue.
