Smart Messaging Tailored - Notice of Planned Service Maintenance - BCP Testing step 2 of 2, scheduled 2 months ago

Hello,

Please be informed that the BCP testing failback scheduled for September 2nd has been moved. Please see below the updated information.

We are writing to inform you we will be performing maintenance work on Smart Messaging Tailored: failback to the primary site. We expect the maintenance activity will result in a downtime of approximately 20 minutes. See the summary below for further details.

Description: We are performing a failover test of our infrastructure. After running the system on the DR site for 3 days we will switch back to the previous configuration (failback). On this second stage our primary site will be switched back to Primary and our DR site will be switched to DR again. This failback should cause a disruption of services for approximately 20 minutes.

Maintenance start time: 26/08/2024- 01:00 am GMT

Maintenance end time: 26/08/2024 - 05:00 am GMT

Impact: All services for approximately 20 minutes during the first hour. While inbound messages will be queued by the operator, outbound messages will not be processed and will result in failure during the downtime.

Smart Messaging Tailored - Notice of Planned Service Maintenance - BCP Testing step 1 of 2, scheduled 2 months ago

Hello,

Please be informed that the BCP testing scheduled for August 30th has been moved. Please see below the updated information.

We are writing to inform you we will be performing maintenance work on Smart Messaging Tailored: failover to the disaster recovery (DR) site. We expect the maintenance activity will result in a downtime of approximately 20 minutes. See the summary below for further details.

Description: We are performing a failover test of our infrastructure. After running the system on the DR site for 3 days and once the failover test is complete, we will switch back to the previous configuration (failback). On this first stage our primary site will be switched secondary and our DR site will be acting as primary. This failover should cause a disruption of services for approximately 20 minutes.

Maintenance start time: 23/08/2024 - 01:00 am GMT

Maintenance end time: 23/08/2024 - 05:00 am GMT

Impact: All services for approximately 20 minutes during the first hour. While inbound messages will be queued by the operator, outbound messages will not be processed and will result in failure during the downtime.
