Maintenance end time: 24/07/2025 - 05:00 am GMT

Impact: No Service Impact is expected. [IF EXPECTED, Insert affected services - we need to ensure we include in here the behaviour of the platform i.e. Incoming messages will continue to be delivered, outgoing messages will be queued etc and for how long i.e 30 minutes]

Smart Messaging Tailored - Notice of Emergency Maintenance, scheduled 5 years ago

Dear customers,

As part of our endeavours to continuously improve on our services, we are required to undertake an emergency maintenance activity to perform some mandatory performance improvements.

The upgrade will help provide better and faster delivery performance for our SMS traffic along with their delivery receipts in return.

There is a negligible possibility of a couple of minutes delay in the processing of requests to send messages, portal access, delivery of incoming messages and delivery receipts. Please know that our team has selected a low traffic interval for this upgrade in order to minimize any potential impact on your SMS traffic.

Activity Details: Activity Description - Emergency Maintenance activity for delivery performance improvement Impact - Negligible possibility of a few minutes delay in processing of requests to send messages, portal access, delivery of incoming messages and delivery receipts.
