Smart Messaging Tailored - Service Impacting Issue - RESOLVED

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform that the system has been restored and the service is fully recovered.

We are still performing some tests but after some checks we can assure it hasn't actually affected any traffic.

Impacted Services: MO traffic was not having the correct behaviour but not totally affected, so the Service wasn't interrupted at any time,

We're writing to let you know that we have scheduled an emergency maintenance between 01:00 am and 05:00 am (UTC) on 15/10/2018.

We expect the maintenance activity will have little, if any, impact, but may result in a maximum outage of a 10 minutes. See the summary below for further details.

We are still performing some tests.
