Smart Messaging Tailored - Scheduled Maintenance, scheduled 7 years ago

Hello,

We're writing to let you know that we have scheduled maintenance planned between 01:00 a.m. and 05:00 a.m. (UTC) on 13/08/2018.

We expect the maintenance activity will have little, if any, impact, but may result in a maximum downtime of 10 minutes. See the summary below for further details.

Time: 01:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. (UTC)

Impacted Services: All services. While inbound SMS (Mobile Originating) will be queued by the operator and delivered after the downtime, outbound SMS (Mobile Terminating) will not be processed during the downtime period and will result on failure.

Description: Release of new Software version with patches and enhancements.

Smart Messaging Tailored - Service Impacting Issue

Hello,

From 10:00 a.m. to 14:42 a.m. (UTC) one of our mail servers has experienced a problem that caused some outbound emails to be queued in the system.

Our engineers have identified the issue, restored the service and are now working to release the pending outbound emails.

Impacted Services: Outbound email notifications in one of our servers from 10:00 a.m. to 14:42 a.m. (UTC).

Description: Some clients may have experienced delays or non-delivery of some email notifications sent between 10:00 a.m. and 14:42 a.m. (UTC).
